Xtreme Addict
Crazy results In fact I am wondering if it's just crazy CPU or ES magic. Not often there is difference of 400 MHz between top spots

nachtfalke
is not only chip , also bclk on asus board work very well ...remember xtu with nonK cpu on Z87/Z97? , Z77 aswell..
I.nfraR.ed
Don't think this has anything to do with BCLK. Non-K CPUs seem to be able to do high bclk without a problem. It's more about the cache/uncore, I believe.
Splave
Crazy CPU. Seems like difference between golden k and normal k
nachtfalke
from my side i was always able to boot and ran bench with nonK cpu on asus board ( named chipset ^) , better clock compared with same chip on different board vendor , so dont think you can change the game with only a board, you need engineering team with experience when designed a board traces for oc , asus was allway on top and that you cant made over night....i belive! PKBO
Yep, z170-a can handle 190 BLCK with no problem...
Strong Island
wow really amazing, as someone said you could even use this for aquamark or 3d01. Maybe without hyper threading could help even more. That would be awesome.
