I noticed a number of TOP firestrike extreme submissions are invalid. Are we allowed to post benchmark runs Futuremark deems invalid? Just curious.

Hello. First of all, i reinstalled the OS. Right before the reinstallation the XTU reads out my systeminformations without any Problems. I did installing all the drivers exactly in the same order as before, but intel xtu now have some issues I can't fix. Using google over hours and testing and deinstalling. I complete reinstalled the OS again, but that wont help me. You will find a Screenshot of the intel XTU window i can see right now. My problem is, that it dont knows my CPU. All the other stuff is completely in the right order with the right specs. If you guys can help me, that whould be realy nice. Best regards Devil ps. sorry for my bad english

Trying to uses XTU, but was not sure what the recommended setting are for stock Heatsink and Fan with Intel Core i7-4770. Like to overclock it to 4 GHZ if possible. Any Suggestions for the group? Also is there a way to download someone else settings? From Video I watched look like it was possible?? David

I'm about to move all my images from one host to another. So before you go and delete my scores can you at least contact me first before just removing them. Or... Are all my current images safely stored on your servers? Thanks.

So having an issue where no points are appearing, and no ranking is given for a few sumbissions i have made today. The benchmark result i submitted (http://hwbot.org/submission/3200720_) is higher than my last run so it should have given me results. no idea what is happening as i have also forced recalculation and still no change.

So I turned my points off for a week, turned them back on...been recalcing for about 3-4 days, but I have half the points I had. What's up?

I was wondering if they staff appreciates reported submissions or are they annoyed by them?

Hi guys, If you missed it in the chat, I clicked on the option to disable my points to see something. Since then, they are continuing to be disabled over the course of a few days and there's no stopping it. Is there any way to cancel this? It's driving me mad. The only way I am able to get my points back is by manually going into the result that now cannot be found in my results list as they have 0.00 points, and then recalculating it that way. I've already unticked it and saved the changes, and then forced a manual recalc, but it isn't working. Thanks!!

Posted score at 10x275 RAM 1:1 (oops Not 1:1) Tried 10x260, 10x250, 10x240 & 12x210-RAM all 1:1. OS W7 64 full install VGA at stock all but the post. Totally lost! Image 12x210 try.

Oggy_Dz2 , lanbonden and Kvekan_SWE have wrong screenshoots . These are just a little bit to much off . Less issued submissions have been banned from country cup . I am seeing weird things by the pointing system, which moves me up and down in the Enthusiast category, without any specific reason ( to me at least ). For instance today I earned 30 WR points and 22 hardware points and suddenly instead of climbing approximately 7 points in the league, I fell 22 ! I consider that there is some glitch in the system calculation, which forces me to ask for a total recalculation of ALL MY SUBMISSIONS from day 1 here at HWBOT. Thank you.
