Guest Bullant Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 Yeah for 32m they will need lot tighter trcd-trp to compete with b die and that's not talking trfc yet,I really hope they are good tho Quote
Strong Island Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 its pretty amazing the jump samsung made with those timings from e-die to b-die Quote
Guest Bullant Posted May 13, 2016 Posted May 13, 2016 Yeah mate agreed was nice jump with those timings Quote

BIKeINSTEIN Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 Thank you very much for the guide and all the additional information, knowledge from all. Thank you again for the awesome guide Allen! (also thanks to everyone who's shared excellent, supplemental info!) Been playing with a 6320 on this board. Haven't learned or tested nearly enough but wanted to check here on something. Been going after 742 XTU (prior owner of the cpu got it so I know it works). Talk about frustrating! Min/max/avg result over the last 20 runs is 738/741/739.7. Is there any way to adjust bclk in smaller increments? The difference between 102.9375 and 102.9999 seems humongous atm. All the best. With Z170 OCF, I am getting 739 mostly, sometimes 740. Not seen 741 yet. And sometimes 738. Hopefully will get 742 in this lifetime itself. Will get Z170MOCF. Not available locally, so will have to try from newegg or something. Quote
RULE Posted May 22, 2016 Posted May 22, 2016 First MOCF spotted in EU but need to wait after computex https://www.caseking.de/asrock-z170m-oc-formula-intel-z170-mainboard-sockel-1151-mbar-194.html?sPartner=185&utm_source=geizhals&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=geizhals&campaign=psm/geizhals Quote

rtsurfer Posted May 24, 2016 Posted May 24, 2016 What's the Asrock equivalent of PLL Termination from Asus ?? Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk Quote
zeropluszero Posted May 24, 2016 Posted May 24, 2016 Thanks! But does it have anything equal to pll termination on asus? It is crucial for some cpus... It does, it's called cpu cold bug killer voltage in the Asrock bios and as Allen has stated start at around 2.2v and slowly work your way up until cb is non existent. I had to adjust cpu vccpll along with the above for the i3 6300 the other night but once you get these volts dialed in it's smooth sailing after that. I think, judging the voltage on Allen guide, asrock vs asus should be: 1.65 CPU PLL Voltage -> PLL Termination on Asus 1.4 VCCPLL -> CPU Standby on Asus 2.22vColdBugKillerVolt -> Core PLL on Asus BTW Some one can help me to have one LiL Yellow for me in EU Italy? I can't find any... ... Quote
rtsurfer Posted May 24, 2016 Posted May 24, 2016 But then there was this, http://forum.hwbot.org/showthread.php?p=443235 Meaning some of those correlations are not accurate. Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk Quote
NickShih Posted May 24, 2016 Posted May 24, 2016 1.65 CPU PLL Voltage -> PLL Termination on Asus +CPU Standby on Asus 1.4 VCCPLL -> ASUS PLL bandwidth . level 6 = 2.8volt , i suggest keep 1.4volt unless you cpu need high to avoid cold bug. 2.22vColdBugKillerVolt -> Core PLL on Asus Quote
l0ud_sil3nc3 Posted June 2, 2016 Posted June 2, 2016 Retested best dual core tonight, chip ran exactly the same as last time until I got the crack (using Gelid GC Extreme, ran out of Grizzly). Need to figure out efficiency fail, on this OS or just roll a freshy. Quote
