And in the window where I chose the file is now: "No File Selected". But i selected a File....-.- I have this by my Benchsystem and my Mainsystem. Have some one else this problem or know what i make wrong? Hello, I want to share HWBot Prime Tweak to the next level performance. So i think will be alot of people re-benching Check at my score efficiency with i3 6100 @ 4707MHz : speed.fastest`s HWBOT Prime score: 4893.54 pps with a Core i3 6100 The magic is JRE 9 64bit combined with Windows 10 x64 I hope this will easier to who that find HWBot Prime Tweak. Edit: Build 108 seems like not working with HWBot Prime. Try build 107 or 106. Hey there, I have noticed a few results where people are somehow splitting the Ryzen 8 core CPU's into two OpenCL devices. How does one do that? Thanks in advance

Every time I try and upload a file to valid.canard i get an error-6 corrupt file or missing. Asked others to test and they have the same issue. Now like me most were on 1.79 and they updated to 1.80 on wednesday I believe. So I'm just checking they haven't stopped subs for 1.79 already since I only downloaded it on monday to do DDR2 testing.....

Current Version: Bishop CPC (x64) - v2.03 The Program Formerly Known As CPU Thread Benchmark I have equal partnership with PhillyB @ Overclock.net, i.e. so all the hard stuff was done by Phil. Phil and I brainstormed the new name, after having countless good options, we decided on Bishop. A full CPU benchmarking program, soon to be a suite of tests, that records results and provides tools to analyze them. Information on the new benchmark test: RaBIOS In the 2.03 release, we fully integrated with Harmonic and also integrated with CPU-z (1.73 x86/x64) UI's data. CPU-z needs to be running in the background, however, if it is minimized, CPU-z is not up…

Hi, hoping I can get some good tips on tweaking my setup to maximize SLI performance for both benchmarks and gaming. I do understand the current state of SLI, but obviously quite a few people have figured out how to manipulate some settings to have great in game and benchmark improvements. I have been researching some things I can do, but am unsuccessful. My setup is: AsRock z270 Taichi 7700k @5.1 w/4.7 cache 1.404 max vcore under AVX, AVX offset is 0 3600mhz 1.38 16, 18, 18, 36, 2t Samsung 950 EVO PRO 500gb EVGA FTW 2 1080 EVGA FTW 1080 Before I got the FTW 2, my FTW would do 2150/5800 no problem. Now, with both of them, I can barely manage +90/0. F…

I'm currently trying to figure out, why my efficiency is so bad when benching singlecore chips: TAGG`s SuperPi - 1M score: 16sec 656ms with a Celeron 420 With Dualcore CPUs the setup keeps up with submissions that have more or less the same core and RAM clocks/ timings, with this Celeron however the efficiency is terrible. Tweaks done: Maxmem 600 PCI lock Performance for Background tasks RAM as Systemcache (large system cache) Pagefile 512 MB Realtime Priority Green Theme Low resolution and color depth during bench Superpi files on individual partition kill explorer no wazza I'm sure I' missing some major tweak for singlecore chips here, since there is a…

Have a question about batch size and reduction size. I can run any combination of the two except for 4M/512 which is what all the fastest times are using. When I set it up that way it crashes the benchmark instantly on the first pass. Is there a trick to making it work with 4M/512?

Having a nightmare trying to get 01 working properly. Using Z270 w/ 7700K and XP. With 64-bit XP I got that 128MB memory error when loading 01 up. I did the Affinity trick with enabling 1 core before the error message came up and it fixed it (most times) so I can run the benchmark but after the first benchmark is done and goes to the next one its stays on the loading screen (Game 1 Car Chase H.Detail). I ended up trying 32-bit XP and the error message wasn't present but I still get the loading screen freezing on me when loading the second test. I've manually chosen 1 test only to try and avoid it but when I start my second test it freezes on that screen again.…

Hi, As above, I'm wondering what the potential downsides of multiple OS installs on different partitions on a single drive are in comparison to having multiple drives? Since you don't need that much space for each OS when benching (as far as I'm aware) Splitting a 120gb SSD into a couple of partitions with different OS installs seems like a sensible idea? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks, George

Please meet Parallel PI A multithreaded CPU benchmark HWBOT Link: Parallel PI overclocking records @ HWBOT Development tool - Visual C ++ 2017 Architecture: x86 32bit x86 Native .EXE Parallel PI is a multithreaded CPU benchmark designed to test the performance of multi-core and multi-CPU systems. Is using Bailey-Borwein–Plouffe formula (BBP formula) - a spigot algorithm for computing the n'th binary digit of pi (symbol: π) using base 16 math. Parallel PI is providing excellent parallelism and perfect workload distribution among all cores / CPU's in the system.

Hello All! This has been a problem for me continuously since I started working on this new bench setup. It is new mobo vendor for me(ASUS), but I have done this many times on other vendor platforms, and am pretty familiar with setting up a system from scratch. So here is what I am working with: Asus ROG Maximus Hero VII/Z97:i7-4790k 2x4 gb G.Skill Trident X, 2400 10-12-12-31 EVGA GTX 960 Win7 Pro/x64 I appreciate any help on this as at this point I have no idea what is causing is this and can't track it down for the life of me. But please no suggestions to reinstall/reimage/refresh/etc. as I have already spent days on this and have performed about as many iter…

So like the title reads, when i run Cinebench 15 it is giving a false report that I am using Windows 8. I'm actually running Windows 10 home, all updates installed. I've tried removing Cine15 and re-downloading it, nothing changed. Every other monitoring program I have shows windows 10. Including Aida64, HWiNFO, and, CPU-Z. They all report Windows 10 home 64-bit Build 14393. Any help resolving this would be greatly appreciated. a couple of my submissions have been rejected due to this error and I'd like to correct it and resubmit.

This has been bothering me and a few others I know for a while now, to the point Im not even benching 32m at the moment which if you know me is strange. 5ghz Low clock challenge has always been fun for some, and its also been a nice playground for freezing memory and learning some new things. With the advent of B-die and skylake everything has changed. Best ICs win, no wiggle room. There are 6-8 timings that really do anything to effect time, and most boards have them set in a profile anyways. You dont need ln2, you just need a fat wallet to play. Now to the real point. If you are in the top 10 of 32m currently you know what is going on. 5002.9 is just for screen…

Hello, I've decided to run hwbotprime on a PS3 running Debian Linux. It went okay, but there are a couple caveats. First, 0.8.3 is broken on big-endian. Not sure how this may affect results, but it's pretty serious if we're missing primes because numbers are read backwards. Secondly, it fails to detect the CPU clock and name. Thirdly, the results vary significantly between running the test in CLI (316.88ps) and GUI (240-280ps). mdec@Tycho:~/hwbot$ java -jar hwbotprime-0.8.3.jar OpenJDK Zero VM warning: You have loaded library /tmp/libCpuId-32-0.8.3.so which might have disabled stack guard. The VM will try to fix the stack guard now. It's highly recommended th…

Hi there In an effort to make benchmarking cheating and tamper-proof, I have come up with a simple idea. By using existing technology and a few cryptography principles, it is possible to make score falsification hard. One of the key elements here is NTP. It is a network protocol that allows a client device to sync its internal clock with that of a server, with decent precision (normally <1s). The second element is the KDF, or key derivation function. Put simply, it is used to derive a secret key from a user-provided password which will be used for encryption/decryption when using a symmetric key cipher (such as AES). Secret keys are normally 128 or 256 bits…

Hello, first post, but was hoping someone with much more knowledge than I could educate me a bit. I'm currently overclocking the 4790K I just received and after benchmarking using XTU I got a score of 1084-Marks. However, when looking at the posted results from other community members, I see results with a 10% increase in Marks at lower frequencies such as 4.6Ghz. Now I know that pure frequency isn't the only thing that matters, it's how you get there, but does anyone happen to know what the parameters are that allow lower clocked CPUs to score higher? System information, just in case it's needed to accurately address the question- CPU : i7-4790K @ VCORE 1.325v w…

Hey guys, many of you are sharing and helping me (mostly on FB), so I would like to share this. Since the creator of this is from Czech Republic, all text is in Czech, but feel free to use translator. This so called Disassembler made a powershell script which comes handy right after fresh W10 instalation. Just download the file, RMB -> Run with Powershell -> wait for it and then restart system when it calls for it. Download: http://bit.ly/1hXIrOh (right click and SAVE AS) This is not exactly made for benching but we all know that fresh W10 is full of crap so he made it for, I'll quote "How to make desktop system from Windows 10" If you wanna kno…

This benchmark can use many different GPUs combined to get single score... so I'm wondering which combinations are valid and which are not for HWBOT submission. To keep things simple at the moment I'm only considering similar GPUs. For example I have these videocards: 2x HD 4830 HD 4850 2x HD 4870 HD 4890 HD 5850 HD 5970 HD 6990 ---------------- Obviously 2x HD 4830 and 2x HD 4870 are perfectly fine. But how about others? HD 4830 + HD 4850 = 2x HD 4850? HD 4870 + HD 4890 = 2x HD 4890? 2x HD 4830 + HD 4850 = 3x HD 4850? 2x HD 4870 + HD 4850 = 3x HD 4870? 2x HD 4870 + HD 4890 = 3x HD 4890? 2x HD 4830 + 2x HD 4870 = 4x HD 4870? 2x HD 4870 + HD 48…

Hi Folks Is there an archive of all releases of geekbench3 around somewhere (or does someone have all the prior versions that they'd be willing to share)? Want to do some comparison testing across different versions but the official site only lets me get the newest one. Tia!
