Good day I am hoping that I am posting this in the correct area of the forum so I upfront apologize if this is the case. I am quite new on HWbot forum but have been putting scores up on Hwbot.org for a while now. I go under the username wimpievanzyl. I was wondering if any of the pro`s on here can help with some tweaks or suggestions to get Cinebench R15 to score better? I either have not fully tweaked/stripped my OS or I suspect I am running not the correct version of Cinebench R15 that most benchers on this platform are using. So usually these linux topic don't end well, but is the Linux subsystem for windows allowed in cases like Geekbench? I can use CPU-Z and everything but the benchmark itself technically runs on linux, and the performance is slightly better.

Geekbench 5 has landed today. It officially requires Windows 10 (64 bit) for the first time. I've looked into it from a technical standpoint and it doesn't fix anything related to timers or security. It uses QPC and GetSystemTime(), both highly unreliable and easily attackable, and both will skew with bclock/reference clock on Pre-Skylake and all AMD CPUs on Windows 10. Hello, I need help because my different programs are reporting different core voltages and I'm not sure if I'm hurting my cpu in any way and I need help figuring out my actual core voltage. HWinfo shows my core voltage at 1.4 ish while in ryzen master it is at 1.1 and different software keeps reporting different things. Also, my core VID shows 1.1 in HWinfo while my core voltage shows 1.4 Whats the difference? (sorry I'm a noob).

Edit: I found the Error: I was using an old .dll, wich was way slower Hello! Windows XP should be faster than Windows 7 in wPrime. So far I have tested 4 different Versions of XP: 2 are stripped down, XP Service Pack 2 and XP Service Pack 3 All of them perform significally worse than Windows 7. Setup is i7 860 @ 4.5GHz Win 7 --> 5,505sec for 32m Win XP --> 6,593sec for 32m I have tried with and without Drivers for GPU and Chipset, but only small differences Themes ON/OFF Can somebody help me?

I tried 3DMark11 on a completely stock speed system before any overclocking and I'm getting an error message. 3DMark11 run correctly through all the tests then keeps giving this error at the end: "hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character" 3DMark support says its an issue with 3DMark system info. I uninstalled Futuremakr System Info, rebooted, downloaded the latest version of system info, installed it, then rebooted and I still get the same issue. After it was uninstalled, I checked and everything related to Futuremark was removed from the appdata folder. It worked fine a few months ago on the same system, and now it doesn't work. Everyone, hello. While my score is calculation for some reason, the time moves slightly. When thinking a change in about 14 seconds, it's of more than 20 seconds. When the passage other persons are calculating is seen, there is no blurring, but 、、、. Are there any fatal problems? Please take care above.

Does anyone have any efficiency tweaks for cinebench to share? I've been rerunning all day and even with a higher oc I can at best match the score of someone with a lower OC so obviously something is messed up with my efficiency. Does anyone have any favorite tips or tweaks that they like to run for the maximum pts in cinebench?

I would like to ask if there is a difference amonge 9900k P0 and R0 in performance. I trying to bench wprime1024 with 9900k @ 5.6 and get at best 63sec... I can see at submissions many scores at 5.45-5.6GHz that get scores ~57sec and all are P0's With 7350k @5.6 I get 3.48s -> 57s if it was 8c With 7700k@5.6 I get 1.55s -> 57.5s if it was 8c So the OS I bench is not the problem I believe No difference in goupi1B or CBr15 but huge difference in wprime. I use win7 64bit, diagnostic mode, no GUI, best performance, kill explorer but no luck. Do you have any idea? Same scores in win10 also Thanks

I did some experimenting with single rank v. dual rank memory in Time Spy and thought I would share my results here. Setup: 10900k at 5.3 core/4.7 ring XII Apex Single rank kit- Team Group 8-pack 4500cl18 xtreems Dual rank kit- G. Skill Trident Z 32gb 3200 cl14 Testing methodology: I used Time Spy cpu run only to compare results, and used the cpu score to measure gain in performance for each timing. I used maxmem to reduce the 16gb down to 5gb, and from 32gb to 10.4gb. Hi I have a problem with the gfxbench. After installation and opening the benchmark it has an error saying I have to log in and use my password. Network error. I allready have had the problem on two different systems and don t know how to solve this. Am thankful for any solutions.

I'm having a lot of problems lately with the latest system info from futuremark / UL while trying to run Time Spy and Firestrike benchmarks. Using latest 3DMark software and updated + latest system info 5.26 ( 4 months old ? ) . I need some help to solve this problem. It goes like this. Morning gents , i'm back after a couple of years of no benching. I'm having trouble getting 3 or 4 gpus ( rx 590 ) in crossfire to scale in firestrike , i took a look at the monitoring part built in the benchmark and i saw a drop of gpus usage from 100% to 40% on parts of gt1 and gt2 ? it happens with 3 or 4 gpus on windows 7 , score it's half of where it should be as i'm getting 15k instead of ~30k. Any ideas , trick or tips how to get them to scale and work 100% thru the whole gt1 and gt2 test ? I have a clean install of the latest version Windows 7. I can run the HEVC in absolute mode when using my 7640x. However when i put my 9960x in the same motherboard and dont change anything except Windows recognizing its a new processor and thus updates the basic core internals it impossible to run the same bencher in Absolute mode. If i do exactly the same change in Windows 10 then there is no issue. Is there thus either incompatibility with Win 7 and the 9960x processors or is there a specific trick to get it to work?

Is cloudgate gone for good or is it possible to download it from somewhere else.

Hi, Does anyone have the Mediaplayer 9 and the encoder PCMark04 is asking for especially the x64 version. I can see now that on Microsoft all such files are gone. Just trying to run some old hardware since we can seemingly get points on that benchmark.

Hey guys I just wanted to ask why Port Royal is not listet in the 3dmark benchmark list? I am just wondering because its a frequent benchmark with really much attention from Pro overcklockers like @Luumi who broke the 13 record or @Splave who held the WR with his Titan for a long time. Also Kingping and Steponz gave the benchmark quite the attention with their livestreams. I thought it would be nive if Port Royal would be addet to the list of benchmarks.

When ever I try to upload my cvf files to the validator I get this "Corrupted or missing CVF (Code: 5) " It isn't a problem with stability I could run wprime at 4.9 but can not validate at 4.5 so I am not sure what is going on. Hey guys, does anyone know how to get 3dmark 99 working on windows xp? I have tried the compatability to windows 98/me, it does not launch but there is an active process for it. I have looked around alot of forums and people are talking about how this version does not work on XP but there is a fix to download but all of the links are now dead. i possibly found the fix but after applying said "fix" when trying to start 3d mark it says to use a 3d accelerator that is capable of using textures, this is while i have a hd 3870 in the system and latest drivers for xp.
