Banned (am I right in saying....again?) What happened?

Can someone explain to me why [XS]Solid Snake was banned? Not here to defend him, saw team lost 750 points and subsequently found his account banned. Just curious, there was no thread posted here about him cheating and he doesn't post much on XS.

Someone reported this submission: http://hwbot.org/submission/2236453 It isn't a particularly valuable score, so I could just delete it. It looks like I made a mistake and forgot to click the memory tab - there are 2 CPU tabs displayed for CPUz. The score is accurate for the clocks however, not especially well tweaked, and memory settings make very little difference for UCBench. I'd like to keep it because there aren't a whole lot of 7GHz UCBench submissions and despite it not being worth much or especially good, I'm proud of the result. I've never had one of my submissions reported before, so I'm not sure how to handle it. Ruling from hwbot staff?

Gigabyte 890GX board here 3x CPU-Z makes a BSOD after '06 run when I try to drag the results window to get it out of the way of run settings 3x CPU-Z + GPU-Z instant BSOD 2x CPU-Z + GPU-Z + '06 fails GPU-Z 0.6.2 and 6.3 do not start, I had to use 0.4.5 The BSODs are related to the GPU driver, I think it is a hardware issue though as usually when unstable VPU Recover works.
